ICBC Yatırım, a subsidiary of ICBC Turkey Bank, was established in Istanbul by Akın Holding in 1996 under the name Tekstil Yatırım Menkul Değerler and has been providing brokerage services for capital market products since its establishment. After the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (“ICBC”), the largest state bank of the Republic of China, took over the majority shares of Tekstil Bank in 2015, the organization was changed to ICBC Yatırım. Currently Akın Holding and Chairman of Akın Group, Nuri Akın, both remains within the partnership structure with 0.001% share
